The Company
LampLight Industries was founded in 1981 to supply quality cast iron and steel period lighting fixtures to the expanding restoration and new development market.
Over the years, LampLight has been in the forefront of photometric efficiency and product innovation combined with aesthetic and structural integrity.

Design & Assistance
LampLight offers a wide range of technical assistance. We provide complete photometric data from a one or two unit project all the way to primary lighting on a streetscape. We offer assistance in component selection, fixture height, coatings, and lighting sources to achieve the desired light levels and overall effect.
Every fixture is built to substantial scale of early 20th century lighting, delivering not only superior performance but an aesthetically impressive architectural impact.
We have extensive experience in recreating exact duplicates, restoration and updating of old units, and creating custom designs. Give us a call today and let us know your needs.

Streetlights with an Historic Charm *
LampLight makes and restores historical lighting that Gene Kelly would be proud to dance around.
The Lorain-based company was founded in 1981 by George Strom and Elaine Dean. Strom observed the city of Elyria replacing vintage lighting on a landmark with modern, lower-quality fixtures. Having an interest in historical lighting, he knew there had to be an alternative.
LampLight uses photometrics to optimize the effectiveness of its innerfocusing lens. Light rays are bent to achieve the most efficient disbursement of light. Each lamp is custom-built, allowing the buyer to specify pole height and the individual number of lights desired. We would love to hear from you so we can assist you in delivering a quality project from start to finish.
Over half of LampLight's business is with municipalities and 50 percent of our installations are in Ohio. Cleveland Public Square and Terminal Tower are beneficiaries of LampLight's efforts. The Inner Harbor project on Cleveland's lakefront also has historical lighting. We also do a lot of work on college campuses too. The lamps are attractive and hard to vandalize
We have installed lighting from San Diego California, to Naples, Florida. People see our lamps and recognize their quality.
